What it means to be a pro

Taking full responsibility doesn’t mean no one else contributed to the situation. It means you recognize your role and your responsibility. More than one person can take responsibility. Accepting full responsibility does not mean you have to ignore someone else’s role or somehow diminish their responsibility. They have their own choice to make about accepting responsibility. So do you. To minimize your responsibility in an attempt to push more of it to someone else is the act of an amateur. Be a pro.
