Pessimists are usually tougher than optimists. That’s a problem.

Until positive people develop a backbone, learn how to get tough, and operate with the endurance necessary to outlast cynics, negativity continues to survive and thrive. I don’t lay responsibility with pessimists first. I lay responsibility with optimists who stay quiet and give in.

If you’re a true optimist, if you’re a true positive source, get louder, tougher, and more loving. Cynics and pessimists get a lot of attention because they’re good at getting it. They demand it. They’re relentless. They have endurance.
