What’s Left On Your Bucket List?

We all have dreams in life. Not necessarily grandiose plans, though we have those too, but certain things we imagine doing that excite us and spark our adventurous side. Curiosities and passions that capture our interest.

Become fluent in French and visit the Eiffel Tower. Learn to profitably trade on the stock market. Play the guitar in a band at a local bar. Go surfing in Hawaii. Change careers. Become an interior designer. Write a book. Ask your crush on a date. Move to the West Coast. Study psychology. Start a fire with your bare hands. Build a motorcycle.

Some we’ve ventured into and explored. Others continue to sit on the sidelines, set aside in favor of another task, another day, or another lifetime.

What do you want to do that you still haven’t done? Have you even started?

Who do you want to meet? What do you want to see? Where do you want to go?

What do you still want to learn, still want to try, still want to experience?

The pressure of limited time can be a powerful initiating force. The problem with waiting for time to push you is that when it hits, the window has closed too far to fulfill all the adventures you imagined.

Your time is already ticking. Use it. Chase the adventures and live the dreams you imagine. Don’t get distracted by the noise. Make every second count.

Everything is training for something. Do the work.
