When Life Knocks You Down

If you are down . . . feeling down, knocked down, beat down, run down, fell down, broken down . . . allow me to share some courage from my heart to your heart with two words.

Get up.

We all get down. If you’re there, it’s ok. Just don’t stay there.

Get up.

You’re too strong to stay down. You’re too valuable. You have too much to give, too much to share, too much beautiful life to live to stay down.

If you are down there’s one thing that matters most and that’s getting back up.

Close your eyes. Breathe deep down into your belly. Feel your heart beating in your chest. Open your eyes.

Now get up.

Everything is training for something. Do the work.
