Who (or what) is really in control?

Possessing the power to control yourself does not mean you are in control of yourself. You have the power. You have the opportunity.

But you must seize that opportunity. You must learn how to use that power. If you don’t take control of yourself, someone or something else will control you.

It’s an irrefutable law of nature: Anyone who doesn’t control themselves will be controlled by their circumstances, their impulses, or other people.

This isn’t a question of whether you have the power to control yourself. It’s a question of whether you realize your power and how you use it.

Event + Response = Outcome. Do the work.
