You’re only 2,500 reps way

We can’t create the results we want most if we don’t put in enough reps.

Results happen through reps, and excellence requires reps and reps and more reps. Every rep counts. Every . . . single . . . rep.

Not every rep will be a great rep or create good results. Some are clunky. Some are sloppy. Others hurt. Some suck. Some are frustrating, exhausting, or confusing.

But every rep is necessary. They all matter, and they all must happen.

It matters that we put in every rep — even the rough ones that don’t get the results we want — because every rep builds on the rest. Every rep moves us, forms us, and contributes to our eventual results.

Learn to treat reps as steps.

Put in reps, you take steps. Take steps, you get places. Put in enough reps, take enough steps, and you get where you want to go.

Every rep is a step. And a bad rep is better than no step at all.

The time is now. Do the work.
