Heavy On Actions. Light On Words.

When actions do not match words, it forces people to choose which one to believe.

"Should I believe what I've heard them say or what I've seen them do?"

Believe the actions you see over the words you hear every time. Words flow easily to persuade, manipulate, and conceal. Actions are always, and reliably, the great truth-teller.

You may second-guess yourself as you do this. No need. Either actions and words come into alignment, alleviating the tension, or actions and words continue to be misaligned, and you made a wise decision to believe actions over words.

Answer the call. Do the work.
