How far would you go for love?

You take care of the things you love. New cars or new homes. New marriages or newborns. The stronger the love, the stronger the sense of responsibility for its well-being. There’s a sense of duty.

Because if you don’t take care of it, who will? What would you expect to happen if you’re not attentive to it?

You don’t ignore what you love. You don’t allow it to fall into disarray. You don’t watch it erode and fade away and do nothing. You certainly don’t let it break because you lack the motivation to do something about it. Not with something you genuinely love.

By this standard, many people seem to struggle loving themselves.

When you love something, you take care of it—starting with yourself.

The time is now. Do the work.
