If you repeatedly affirm what you already believe, you’re wasting personal capacity. I call it the intellectual treadmill because it’s running in place over familiar perspectives you’ve bought into for a long time. Stretch further. Go deeper.

Your mind buries emotions and roots opinions that run below your self-awareness. Appreciate the impact these hidden beliefs have on your life. They can accelerate you to self-driven success or self-inflicted destruction.

Lock in what you believe and live in alignment with it. Get that right. Then explore and question your less secure beliefs. Challenge yourself to find the hidden beliefs you never knew influenced your decisions.

Embrace the chase. Do the work.
