Seeing Is Believing

Remember a few months ago when I told you the story of my friend who worked as a clown to fund his Olympic dream? He never saw himself as a clown even when he was in full makeup dancing on the side of the road. He saw himself competing in the Olympics and eventually he did. Twice.

I also wrote this:

The out of shape guy in the gym lifting weights to lose weight and get healthy isn’t really working out. He’s dancing with his granddaughter at her wedding.

Well sometimes words aren’t the best way to experience something. Sometimes we need to see it to feel it.
