If they don’t listen, then you listen.
If they aren’t patient, then you be patient.

If they don’t bring great energy, then you bring great energy.
If they won’t flex, then you flex.
If they don’t come your direction, then you go their direction.

What you do and how you do it matters more than what they do and how they do it.
