Think about your own experience

Anger may be the most powerful emotion because of how easily it can be created, manipulated, and pointed at a specific target.

The primary danger of anger is it creates false confidence by blinding you and propelling you forward at the same time.

To combat the false confidence of anger, expand your perspective while slowing your reactions. The stronger the anger, the more valuable this check-in.

Keep in mind: anger is easier to scale up than scale back. So before you turn it on and let it run, be certain you’ve seen clearly and chosen purposefully.

Discipline is the shortcut. Do the work.
