What change do you want to see happen?

We all feel some way about change. Love it or hate it, chase it or resist it, appreciate it or fear it. But no matter our feelings on the topic, each of us has things we’d like to see change.

It could be personal or relational, technical or social, cultural or organizational. It might be local, regional, national, or global.

If you want something to change, you must be good enough to change it. You don’t have to change it by yourself, but at least be a contributor, not a complainer. Be a valuable, meaningful, impactful force for the change you want to see happen.

Otherwise, you better be strong enough to endure it until someone more courageous and capable makes it happen. Or, if possible and you have the bravery, remove it from your life.

What you must not do, what you cannot afford to do, is complain about what you are unwilling to change or endure.

Event + Response = Outcome. Do the work.
