What has hesitation produced for you?

Every decision exists in a moment. In those moments, you act with discipline or you hesitate. Speed to discipline delivers progress and rewards. All hesitation delivers is anxiety and regret.

  • What do you need to do but you’re still hesitating to do it?
  • What obvious value have you gained by hesitating?
  • What has it cost you?
  • How long do you plan on hesitating?
  • If you stopped hesitating, what’s the first thing you’d do and when would you do it?
  • Are you going to speed up or keep hesitating?

Look at your own history of hesitation vs. discipline. You know where each path leads.

The time for negotiating with yourself is over. You know what you need to do. You know where you’re hesitating. Shorten the window, decide, and act.

Make the leap. Do the work.
