How you talk to yourself has to work for you, not against you. It has to be a demanding and supporting voice. It has to be a voice of responsibility and encouragement.

You need an uplifting voice in your life. A voice that believes in you, both for what you are and what you can become.

Be that voice for yourself. Learn to be the voice in your head that you need when you need it.

Everything is training for something. Do the work.
