You Aren’t Afraid Of Failure, and Here’s Why...

I posted a hand-written note to my Instagram account last Friday that turned out to be the most liked, shared, and saved piece of content I’ve ever posted there. You may have seen it.

It was so impactful, and I believe so important, that I’m sharing it here too.

If you want a meaningful life, the fear in your heart must be met with courage in your action.

If you’re really afraid of failure, then you put in maximum effort until you succeed. Otherwise you’re actually afraid of embarrassment.

It’s not failure you’re afraid of. That’s just what your ego says to hide the real fear.

You’re afraid of looking bad, being embarrassed, feeling foolish, wasting time, damaging your reputation, working hard, losing friends, or getting rejected.

If you can name your fear, you can work through it and overcome it. But you need honesty, courage, and self-awareness first.

I hope this helps in your journey.
