Just because someone occupies a role doesn’t make them qualified for it, and just because someone has a job doesn't mean they're good at it.
You must not evaluate leaders based on their title or position.
Evaluate leaders (and producers) by the results of their decisions, actions, and performance. Not by the positions they occupy or have occupied in the past. Leaders must demonstrate positive cause & effect.
Leaders don’t exist to occupy roles. They exist to make a difference in those roles. Why do they deserve the role if they aren’t creating better results?
