Want to win high-pressure moments?

An easy way to understand what creates pressure is to think about the size of the gap between how bad you want something and how much you fear not getting it.

The larger that gap, the more pressure. The smaller that gap, the less pressure.

Strategies for lowering pressure must minimize the gap between your wants and your fears.

You can accomplish this by not wanting so intensely, not fearing loss, or both.

The time is now. Do the work.
