Yesterday I gave you five examples of what to do more. Today I want you to think about who you spend time with and how that time is used.
Who supports you? Spend more and better time with them.
Who believes in you? Spend more and better time with them.
Who challenges you? Spend more and better time with them.
Who holds you to high standards? Spend more and better time with them.
Who gets vulnerable with you? Spend more and better time with them.
Taking care of yourself is your personal responsibility. Remember the power of relationships to contribute to that process too. As capable as you are, you know you can’t do everything yourself. Spend quality time with the people who make you a better you.
Everything is training for something. Do the work.
