Unfortunately, the default decision is to run from them.

Stop running away from opportunities for solitude. 
Learn to get value out of time alone with yourself.

Stop running away from the struggles you encounter. 
Embrace the friction of uncertainty and failure so you don't resent every struggle you face.

Stop running away from the boredom you experience. 
Give your mind and subconscious a chance to explore without being entertained or distracted.

Stop running away from the discomfort you sense.
Train yourself to hold consistently high standards even when it's uncomfortable.

Stop running away from:

  1. Pain
  2. Solitude
  3. Struggle
  4. Boredom
  5. Discomfort

They're part of life.

Lower your fear, raise your discipline, and extract the value hidden within them.
